ORDERING DEADLINES and
DELIVERY SCHEDULES
These do not apply to Bank Holidays
(see below for further information)
Deliveries can only be made to UK addresses

- For deliveries required on
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
or Friday
then the deadline for ordering is 3pm on the
previous day. Deliveries are then scheduled to be made before 1pm.
- For deliveries required on
Monday
the deadline for ordering is 10:30am on the
previous Saturday. Deliveries are then scheduled to be made before 1pm.
- For deliveries on
Saturday, then the ordering deadline is 3pm on
Friday. Deliveries are then scheduled to be made before 1pm. Please note that there
is no guaranteed service from Royal Mail on Saturday. Although the delivery
success rate is high (over 90%), we also offer a guaranteed courier service at
an additional cost.
- If in doubt, or if
you have only just missed the deadline, then please email or preferably phone
us on 01457 874396, and we will try to help.
General points
- There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays -
neither are there any postal collections so we cannot despatch on Bank
Holidays

- Whilst we can receive orders on Sundays, we cannot offer Sunday despatches or Sunday deliveries
- We can only deliver in the UK
